Hereward Training Services

Hereward Training Services (HTS) has been set up by the college to link businesses with education providers and local authorities to create innovative internship programmes for young people, enabling them to fill employment vacancies.

HTS can help employers develop an internship programme that meets their organisation’s needs, including the associated sustainable internal infrastructure required to meet the needs of large multi-site operations.

We also offer bespoke training packages to help businesses meet key organisational objectives.

HTS identifies opportunities for businesses to engage with colleges that have the employment of learners with special educational needs as a strategic priority.

We also offer bespoke training packages including tailored CPD days to help businesses meet key organisational objectives. They include sessions which examine how an organisation can develop operational practices to better meet the needs of employees with disabilities and special educational needs.
