With the right support, people with learning disabilities make hardworking and enthusiastic employees.
The college’s training arm HTS offers training programmes which help employers develop operational practices to better meet the needs of staff with disabilities and special educational needs.
They include disability awareness courses and tailored CPD days to help organisations, ranging from large corporations to SMEs and charities, to meet key EDI objectives.
