Work Based Learning

Specialist training in Health and Social Care

Hereward Training is based at Hereward and works with employers to provide apprenticeships and distance learning training to those working in the health and social care sector.

Due to the diverse and complex needs of our learners, the College is at the forefront of using assistive technologies in teaching and learning and has a unique training, development and research facility along with assisted living solutions.

Our expertise in this area means we are able to respond to the needs of employers and provide an end-to-end service for staff training with tailor made guidance, support and learning packages (including optional modules in assistive technology), over and above statutory training.
