We’re on a journey of transformation and we’re looking for an outstanding individual to join us and be a part of our success story.
Based in Coventry, we specialise in providing education and support to students with diverse and complex needs. Our staff are committed to enabling students to fulfil their ambitions.
You will be joining an established team of staff, enabling students to develop their social and emotional skills for a successful transition to adulthood. You will work as part of a team to assess needs, plan delivery and maintain excellent recording of student progress against targets.
The successful candidate will demonstrate outstanding organisational skills and a clear understanding of the vital role social emotional skills play in development. You will have Level 2 maths and English, or equivalent degree and experience in working with young people with disabilities.
Application forms and diversity forms should be downloaded, completed and returned to firstname.lastname@example.org no later than 12 noon on 20 December 2017.
Whilst all applications are judged on merit alone, we would welcome applications from ethnic minority candidates as this section of the community is currently under-represented in our workforce. The College is committed to supporting employees who experience mental health difficulties and is proud to display the Mindful Employer logo.
Closing Date: 20th December 2017
Interview Dates: 09th January 2017
This College is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of young people and vulnerable adults, and expects all staff to share this commitment. Successful candidates will be required to complete an Enhanced DBS disclosure and start dates will be conditional upon this.
