Welcome to Hereward Training
Hereward Training is a service for employers and employees to gain qualifications, knowledge and practical skills within all areas and levels of the care sector, from Hands on Care Support, IT, Cleaning and Support Services and Assistive Technology to Advice and Guidance and Leadership and Management.
We can:

- Agree a tailored training package.
- Find available funding.
- Review the progress you are making.
Inspected as both a college of further education and a registered care home, Hereward has particular expertise in the care sector and can also offer employers a unique strategic resource for advice and guidance for any work based queries.
Throughout your work based training you will be encouraged to focus on your current working practice and how this can be developed to enable you to reach your full potential. You will be supported by a team of experienced assessors/trainers who will review your progress and set new targets.
Our training programmes are flexible and designed to meet your requirements i.e. short courses and full qualifications at levels 2 through to 5. Information advice and guidance is provided from first contact and continued on an on-going and regular basis throughout your course. Delivery is individually planned and can include one to one support or workshops. These can be delivered in the workplace or at Hereward College in our training facilities.
