Care enabling
The care enabling service aims to provide the best standards of care possible, whilst enabling you to maximise your potential. Many of you are away from home for the first time, so that you find living at Hereward a very enjoyable experience, where new friends can be made and life skills developed.
Hereward College provides up to 125 residential places for 36 weeks per year, and is registered and inspected by the Care Quality Commission as being a two star, "good" provider.
Catering
The catering service at Hereward is run by an external contractor, Taylor Shaw Ltd, who bring expertise, experience and quality to the food on offer to all students and staff. There are also opportunities for you to gain work experience within the catering service.
The service operates in two refectories and you are invited to be actively involved in providing feed back on the quality of the catering service and the development of menus.
